That's strange. [?]'s are showing tips when you move your mouse over them. Anyway:
Tutorial - Number of users who completed the game's tutorial (first steps in the game)
10 Level - Number of users who reached 10th level
Register - Number of registered users
These numbers show how deeply users are interested in the game.
