Well on the good side, dating sites are still allowed by google ads, so you can advertise for it with google, which isn't possible with porn sites.

What are your plans for getting traffic to your dating site, are you going to monetize it with ads or take in cash to be a member? I'm not sure if there are any easy pre-made dating sites that you can just set up without custom code, so that's something to figure out for sure.

The tube site should be easy, plenty of templates, you just need to find some content and a way to drive traffic to it, you have a TON of competition in that sector. $10 isn't bad at all, you may want to look into hiring someone to set up a basic site for you, there are plenty of people out there willing to create a simple tube site for around $50, check out reddit.com/r/forhire
