Taking it in the morning is fine. For MAX effectiveness, at least according to several articles I've read over the years, is that taking supplements about one half hour to an hour after breakfast will net you the most results. The thinking is that at that time you have your digestion fully up and running and working at full capacity. Taking them in the morning also gives your system the rest of the day to utilize the nutrients in them.
Sounds reasonable to me.
