SugarCash email bounced as well, so sent one to the SugarDVD email. Just got this reply:
Hello,
Our servers went down over the weekend which may have caused this issue
with logging into sugarcash. It was not intentional, but our IT guys are
working on getting it up and running again. Please check again in a few
hours.
