There is also an article on a red light camera company deleting tickets for its employees but I can't find it..
The cameras are cash cows at first but it drops off once people remember where they are. That's when they move them. It's a fucking racket. Or they drop the speed limit on a street right before putting in a camera. Crooks. Notice the cameras are also often more in mid to higher income areas.
