When I traveled to Ukraine some years ago I was informed to avoid the Police late nights or they would rob me.
When I was in USA I should avoid going downtown late evenings, in New Orleans it was dangerous to not stay on Burboun Street.
In Thailand I was told to not go downtown late at night.
Here in Sweden its not safe in the suburbs of Stockholm late nights.
Some countries we are told to not visit at all (the middle east)
I know for sure its not black people who are dangerous in all those cases.
