I picked mine up at BestBuy. There were three two people ahead of me and the store had been opened for an hour. They hadn't had their rush yet.
I have a friend who's a bit of an Apple nutter. He was in line at the Apple Store last night, right at the front. By this morning the line was 400 deep.
I did the same thing at BestBuy the last few launches and there's never a wait.
