Yeah I been working on getting myself back into shape and have been thinking the same thing. Everything bad for you, you actually pay for. I wouldn't put anything but premium gas in my vehicle why put bad shit in your body...
When I buy a permanent house for myself I plan on doing the kitchen in stainless steel and glass with pics of engines on the wall to remind myself of this every time I go to get something to eat or drink.
