Thank you, but then shooting porn does not automatically mean commercial usage. But looks like this is certainly something borderline.
EDIT:
Checking again, it clearly says "constraint" - which means forcing someone and that is obviously not this case. I have not found any mention of voluntary porn production being forbidden.
