Just get a Mac. They're better for development than Windows. Trust me. I was a Windows user for 12 years.. My eyes were opened when I left Windows for Linux, then I was enlightened when I went Mac.
Ignore the haters and shit about Apple products and just understand that it truly is a far superior development machine than Windows could ever be.
Otherwise hackintosh is pretty simple now days, you can find a good article on dual booting OS X and Windows that way.
