Very, very easily. And no need to explain how to do it here just so more idiots can rush out to do it themselves.

But even if it wasn't fake PR, it would still be Toolbar PR, and most knowledgeable people don't really put much value on Toolbar PR.

The real signals that Big G uses to rank sites are in the hundreds, and Toolbar PR is such a very, very small part of that equation that it's (almost?) meaningless today.

Those who buy and sell sites, or links on sites, based on Toolbar PR, are living in a time long gone.
