But even if it wasn't fake PR, it would still be Toolbar PR, and most knowledgeable people don't really put much value on Toolbar PR.

The real signals that Big G uses to rank sites are in the hundreds, and Toolbar PR is such a very, very small part of that equation that it's (almost?) meaningless today.

Those who buy and sell sites, or links on sites, based on Toolbar PR, are living in a time long gone.
