A good niche is something that is 90% + automated. Anything that takes any considerable length of human time is pointless for the small return. We used to offer something on there that was doing reasonably well and the actual "work" amounted to about 5 - 10 minutes and that consisted of confirming the customer`s order details and replying with the stats/report details upon completion.
Obviously much harder nowadays because it`s saturated with people offering the same service and the established guys almost dominating certain areas.
