Read some posts and you will see some saying payments are to be increased.
I have said this before, and will say it again -
When a surfer joins for free - He is usually got his dick in his hand ready to jerk off and often doesn't realise he is signing for 2,3 or even 4 sites - When he sees a charge of X on his card, he is often so pissed off, he is hardly likely to join another site - This way, webmasters lower down the chan lose sales because of this.
In this way, webmasters and the surfer have been scammed.
If the programme shaves as well - That just adds insult to injury.
