Yeah that's what happened. One of the companies paid them to change things so they get all the traffic despite offering nothing of value.

This could be true because after I read that article I did a search for porn and found some ads from some top cam sites even though they said that they stopped advertising it. So maybe they are paying google some big bucks to advertise.
