The website of the OP was using the default templates that come with modenacam script. It is built using codeigniter framework and has a considerable number of template elements. Btw, since you use the same script, are you interested in adding support for online model feeds? I have the work done for it using hasoffers affiliate system, but can adapt it to whatever system you use.
