He is basically saying that Tam (who is a her btw) purposely brought him carders. In the way he phrases it ("tam has bring his guys from the phillipines banging credit cards" and "it was just a bunch of her carders") he is saying that she was associated with them. Not only that she brought them in but the implication is that they worked for her.
That is a very serious accusation to make about someone especially someone who yesterday he was good with.
The guy is bullshitting and making things up as he goes along. The same way he tried to run his business apparently.

He is completely full of shit. It takes more than a month for bad chatters to bring down your billing. And he says he knows chat traffic? How did he allow himself to get taken down by carders in less time than it takes most people to get billing approved then?
I have been dealing with Filipinos for 5 years and never lost a biller. Nice thing is as carders they are pretty clumsy and leave a huge footprint that is trivial to detect and track.
Xavi, you need to quit worrying about your "english not so good" and start working on not being so full of shit.
