I had to 2 racks babybacks... so I dusted with chili powder, coated with orange marmalade, then sprinkled with brown sugar... smoked about 3.5 hours at 220 deg , tinfoil wrapped with dried fruit, nuts and bbq sauce for 2 hours at 220deg ...unwrapped for about 1 hour at 220 deg....all this was in a smoker... whoa...!! now that's damn serious!
