With a recipe like he's talking you can't fault the guy for eating the evidence. :D
I pre-smoked several racks a few months back, coated them with my homemade bbq sauce, then froze most of them for later. Put one in the oven last week with some rice, mushrooms, onions and spices and damn did it ever come out perfect.
Those pigsicles just fell apart I tell you.
