Went to hospital, got full workup and checked out for a lump I thought was cancer.. (thank goodness it wasnt) ... Total bill 3000 Baht or $100 dollars. Savings VS USA shit healthcare system: probably $10,000 USD They gave me decongestant, Tylenol, Cepacol, and Claritan..... and some sleep aid to combat jet lag.
