this morning sent them an email not so friendly and the link of this thread in mean time promis them to push it to the extreme and expose them to everyone online same as to all their advertisers and asking them to refund me ...
why do i need to go that far for a simple email back from them... what ever 
...... in the mean time I will admit THE POWER OF GFY works good lol

here the answer i got in the email:
Funds have been added.
We only received $80 so please talk to your bank as to why this was before sending any more funding as next time we will not be able to add more than we actually receive. Your publisher account has been closed due to low traffic. Please advise if you would like your earnings to be credited to your advertiser account.

short of 5 dollars, but a screen shoot from the receipt in my phone is in the work right now!
Also after less then 3 days as approved as publisher I get my new publisher account close.... this one i blame my self for it probable cry baby
over my email not so friendly cost me this... Good news i have join another advertiser publisher offering the exact same service of bidding
