It's ok guys, I know what it's about and it's perfectly alright. What they think they are accomplishing is that some potential employer will see these things and not hire me thinking somehow I have been something other than honest and candid, but nothing could be further from the truth. I am straight, honest and very wide open about what I do, what I know, who I've worked with and for and anything else in my past - I am about as wide open as a person can get and if they feel the need to pull it back up to make me look bad - this is fine.

So if this makes them feel better - this is ok, seriously - they aren't doing anything I haven't already been very candid about - I have nothing to hide because I've done nothing wrong.
