Yeah I can appreciate that. However we have been doing it every month for years with no problems and I wish they would tell us if its no longer available instead of just saying its a "maintenance upgrade" and to "try again later".
Been sat here for 2 days trying to load our account thinking this is just a temporary glitch and the fact that I cant get an answer on their phone support doesnt help

Load by external credit card is a service we provide through a 3rd party provider. That provider is currently undergoing maintenance of their system. As a result loading by external CC is not currently functional.
