I occasionally deactivate inactive accounts, (after years with no login, zero hits, no activity of any kind) Just because I find blackhats like to let accounts "age" thinking they can get away with a sudden surge of fraud on an older account without being noticed, but I don't send out emails with these veiled threats, it just smacks of desperation.
