Beyond the 'amped up' propaganda and message control, I believe the constant contradictions from day to day by all these 'so-called' "official experts" is meant to (through their carefully crafted psy ops) spread confusion, unsettling distrust, and anxiety and fear to make many fall under the 'useful idiots' category. These will be the ones to 'freak out', stand up with force to protect their rights, and in so doing become the very narrative by the mass media/ government mouthpiece to justify a nationwide crackdown/ martial law to "protect us".
