Well that's not strictly true but it used to be. The problem I am having is finding the word which is the opposite of liberty because in order to replace the statue of liberty with something opposite one would need to know the word which is the opposite of liberty.
How about "The Statue of Slavery"
The statue of liberty is a woman holding a flaming torch.
The statue of slavery would be a woman .......
