A friend of mine got a spider in his crotch/underwear and it bit him. It must have happened while he was asleep because he didn't feel the bite, but in the morning he had some serious itching down there. He went into the bathroom, pulled of his underwear and spread his legs to feel around and the dead spider fell out.
To this day we call him Spider Taint.
