Sheryl Crow -- had a 10 min conversation with her backstage at a local rock festival I did security for.
Prince Andrew (aka 'Randy Andy') and the Queen --- met them at the Commonwealth games in Edmonton in '78, shook hands with the prince.
Bobby Hull -- Back in '79, got him and three other Jets players to sign my body cast (had back surgery that year)
Lots more mostly local and Canadian celebs.
