What I eat also looks like a lot compared to you because of the large gap in weight between us, 25lbs+ of muscle is a lot to feed. Id venture to say youd gain around the 22-2400 calorie range. Remember its not just about calories...proteins/fat/carbs all need to be consumed in the proper portions. I personally do great off a 40/40/20, you may not but its a great starting point.

This the right philosophy, and as shown by your pics it seems to be working.
I watch family and friends all around me trying to diet by counting calories and starving themselves. They do everything based on the calorie in calorie out theory, and limiting yourself too much just trains your system to maintain a slow metabolism.
What people should be doing is eating enough to build muscle and working out with weights. The muscle you add will be put to work as a fat burner and your system will turn into a fat burning machine overall.
As soon as some restrictive diet is stopped (and it always has to stop eventually), the weight lost will come back ...and a lot of that weight is water and muscle.
For me, focusing more on the ratio of fats (good fats)/proteins/carbs has shown the best success...and intermittent fasting has been great also.
