Exactly. This guy is totally out of reality. Referring to Russian Nazis is just silly. Foreigns don't understand how the things work here. According to Russian laws you must get a permission to any kind of marches or any other mass actions. You must get a permission of the town hall (when, where, how many people will be there and what slogans you will carry). The imperial flags are not forbidden here, while swastika and other Nazi symbols will guaranty you cool 3 year of prison time according to section 282 of Russian Criminal Code. That "Russian march" was announced as a march against illegal immigration, which is not a bad thing, actually. You know, Russia is the #2 country by a number of illegal immigrants (Moscow is a #1 city in the world, BTW - we have more illegals than any US city for example).
While they follow to the announced slogans, they are ok. But when someone starts waving Nazi flags, he gets arrested and sued for that (look at the pictures above). So it's ok to demand for visa regime with post-Soviet Asian countries, but stay away from Nazis. In the Ukraine the things are really different. Their military/police forces use Nazi symbols absolutely openly and officially. They have Nazis in their parliament. Their Nazis attack parliament demanding for privileges for WWII Nazi Waffen SS/Galicia and UPA members. Only a complete idiot can't see the difference.
