I don't deal with approving websites or restricting/terminating accounts but I can tell you that our team suspends the accounts of any member we discover (whether through our own investigation or with the help of interested parties) violating our User Agreement, which includes the following "Activities Not Allowed":

Any goods or services infringing intellectual property rights of a third party, including but not limited to streaming video/audio, illegal downloads, modification chips, DVD and Blu-Ray Disc decryption devices
