Our brave submariners were on a standard unremarkable patrol route in the swedish waters (we are sorry about that, but Swedes seem like they don't need these waters anyway) when they met aliens. The first reaction was panic, the submariners are humans too after all. This was the reason for the first unencrypted transmission on emergency frequency. But after some time it become clear that those poor sods from the outer space are no match for the Russian people, absolutely. So, the aliens were arrested, and after short but gentle interrogation they had no other choice but confess they were american and japanese spies. This news was send by the standard secure channel (the second transmission) and the submarine is on its way to the Murmansk now, where FSB (former KGB) officers, without any doubt, will take the matters in their hands and the aliens will have no choice but to further confess in all their dirty deeds and plans.
