I'm a on-an-off smoker. Every time I quit I think about how much easier it would be if there was no temptation, i.e. nowhere to buy cigarettes. But that would just move the business underground, assuming ALL countries would ban them. If not, then the cigarette smuggling business would flourish to never-before-seen levels. Think of the prohibition.
