i'll give you that on the engines - especially Diesel. but show me a W123 that is not halfway eaten by corrosion, unless someone really loves his car and takes care of it constantly

our company car is a W210 from 1998 and while it still runs fine - mostly - we already had to replace the automatic transmission, there's corrosion, 2 window openers don't work anymore and several other small issues.
