I would like to start buying traffic to my website, budget of about $700 a month, so far. I know that not all the places offer the same quality of visitors. Would you be able to tell me, from experience, what kind of companies I could use for that.

So far, I am thinking Traffic Shop, and Traffic Holder. These are probably the best / the most reputable ones.

I want to get sign ups to an xxx pinboard website, and also make most of the money back with income from ads. Blind skimmed traffic is not the best for the first one, I've heard. Is there any other way to go about that.

I know that popunders should be second best... (could be 80% skimmed, 20% popunders campaigns... I am not sure)
