I used to manage studios for years.
It's not that complicated, i really don't think you need a designer and a photographer on 24/7
You have to have good PCs and good equipment, a remote controlled camera, dual monitors for each PC.
Probably the hardest part is to manage the girls, because they tend to go lazy, turn up with no makeup, and hair that looks like sh*t.. models bitch all the time, and they steal occasionally.
So I would say you need a firm studio manager.
My advice would be to hire girl on girl couples, unless you have real first class beautiful kinky babes.
