Not that you will do this, but you really should just stop posting here, all you are doing is feeding the trolls and undoing anything Jay can possibly do to help your company grow and do the job you hired him to do.
As an owner you should be more focused on things at a higher level...
You don't need to hold Jays hand he has been on here for years and knows how to deal with these types of things... Rather than fight each negative point, (feeding the negativity) laugh them off and focus on the points you can add value to.
What is the thinking here really, Jay post a thread... You see it's a little shaky... Did you say to yourself.. Fuck let me push this over the edge so I can watch it crash and burn...
