Jack Stack & Gates are way overrated. KC Joe's is great, I do like Bryant's. Been trying to sample Guy & Mae's. There's so many places here that even the crappy ones beat a McRib. Papa Bob's BBQ was on Man v Food for their Destroyer sandwich - 6 pounds of meat & fries. http://papabobsbbq.com/ultimate-destroyer2 Free if you can eat it in 45 minutes.
