Great read Roald! You are obviously doing great work and I would not fire you, regardless of what your Boss says when he drunk dials me at 3 am ranting about 'that Dutch guy" (I assume he means you).
Speaking of being Dutch: shouldn't you be paying for HALF your food/drinks at most? :D
