Our understanding is that it's not legal and we're approaching it as such.
I understand people need to make a buck and I also understand that having a firm ethical standpoint on these issues is not going to pay the bills for most people. That said, I am dedicated to pursuing these industry vampires so my position will differ from many in the industry and I am fine with that.
Companies like Exoclick, Duodecad IT Services (Jasmin) and those like them will see action taken against them eventually, at some point they will have to pay. It may not happen this year and it may not happen next year but I am sure it will happen. Meanwhile we're building our files of evidence and patiently waiting for the right time.
