That said, I am dedicated to pursuing these industry vampires so my position will differ from many in the industry and I am fine with that.

Companies like Exoclick, Duodecad IT Services (Jasmin) and those like them will see action taken against them eventually, at some point they will have to pay. It may not happen this year and it may not happen next year but I am sure it will happen. Meanwhile we're building our files of evidence and patiently waiting for the right time.
What you seem incapable of understanding in your zeal is that a company isn't just "advertising" somewhere for fun. Particularly when its a lot of traffic. You can't expect livejasmin to not allow ads somewhere that sends 100-1000 new members a day and just give that to cams.com or streamate or whoever causing them to lose significant market share, decreasing their operating capital, their ad budgets, their ability to buy traffic etc etc etc and giving it to their competition.

Thats like attacking mcdonalds and trying to force them to sell a hamburger for 15.00 for whatever reason when that clearly that only benefits competitors and doesn't solve the core problem.

You seem to enjoy telling yourself that ad networks are just greedy, affiliate programs are just greedy etc etc etc. No matter what you tell yourself, that doesn't change the fact that they are all competing with each other and one company suddenly performing to your unrealistic ethical standards and blocking every site you believe they should is just going to make their competition stronger and them weaker.

Use your head and just go after bad sites and stop blaming people for their ads being on those sites.
