We each MAY drink a glass every few days, and if it is more than that, it's NEVER more than one small glass a day - mostly we bake and cook with it - it's not an everyday thing and sometimes even less than that. lol
That's why I want to last longer, because the non-organic milk spoils before we can even come close to drinking it all.

If its that small of an amount its not bad. As for cereal....carbs and sugar city...no thanks! Ezekiel toast with coconut oil and egg whites for me. Or steel cut oats cooked with some cinnamon, walden farms no calorie syrup and egg whites on the side.
