He can do like I do. Stop and politely ask the person to step aside so that he can get through. The cop severely overreacted, but there is no excuse for what this guy in the wheelchair did.
If you are defending this guy in the wheelchair, seriously take a step back. Being in a wheelchair, disabled, whatever, does not give you a green card to be a total twat. Purposely trying to injure someone else makes you a total twat, regardless of your status.
Both of these people were wrong. Neither have a defense.
