smaller affiliates don't like it, but if they are HONEST, they should understand.....
Make the first payout on all new accounts a minimum of 5 sales or something, with an option to make it 10 if the sales fit a fraud profile.
If you see 5 sales all with the same profile ($10 deposit etc) that doesn't fit you global averages, you can address it. Hit them up, say you want to see 5 more before the payout is made. If all 10 look suspicious, you've got m'
