In the case of Bram words violations though, tbh if I was Zombaio I'd do the same. Yes some of the words on that list can be used in a ton of different contexts thus rendering much of the list comical*, but violations of that list come with fees and I don't blame Z for canceling BRAM violation accounts. In the case of ShowMe I suspect the BRAM violations were an excuse to bounce a webmaster in violation of cc rules who also complained publicly, but without those violations would he have been axed? None of us can know for sure so I can't really consider that evidence. I'm sorry that happened to him as no doubt the abrupt transition caused him a ton of stress, but is it evidence of a huge ruse on the part of Z? I can't say that with any confidence.

As far as enabling the ability for webmasters to transfer rebills to a different processor, yeah that would be the decent thing to do but their choice is not illegal. I really do feel for those who do use Z for rebills though. It was effortless for me to switch over (at least from a client payment perspective) to a new processor because I have none of the concerns vis a vis monthly repayment systems that many of you use. Still, Zombaio choosing not to implement a transfer service for merchants to move their rebills to a new option isn't evidence of a scam, but rather a company (perhaps shortsightedly) choosing a course more proprietary than would be prudent given the circumstances

as far as Zombaio being a two man operation, not disputing you there. Frankly I don't care how many principals are involved, the point is when ish gets dicey I want to hear from them. The support team -while incredibly helpful in my experience- is not a substitute for open and honest communication with those who actually run the company
