you have a 50/50 chance of winning, by the cop not showing in court, there for the citation is dismissed for lack of prosecution, if he does show up just say no contest and 90% of the time the judge witholds the points on your license and sends you to traffic school...
If you dont believe me go to court tomorrow and watch some traffic cases...
