I would keep him -- at least until we have to have an episode where someone has to die. He'd be a good candidate to be the next Bob (rather new lesser cared about character that can be killed off). I'm also really happy that the new show runner is not opposed to flashbacks. I liked getting Abraham's back story along with the additional details that Talking Dead provided for us non-comic readers.
I'm excited for the next episode, too! Cannot wait to see if Carol is infiltrating or if she was really captured. Plus we can see Daryl save Noah and drag him back to the church.
Though, am I the only one who was disappointed that Maggie didn't mention Beth in listing the folks she missed? WTF??
For those who haven't read the comics, do you think now that Abraham will head back towards Rick and the rest of the Scooby Gang? Or is he still going to buy the story that DC is the best hope for saving, as Eugene feels, and continue to press on? I'm presuming this part is more in line with the comic, as they've been saying this season will be more comic driven than comic inspired.
