yeah, we can't get that kerrygold in canada...some stupid import laws and since its so cold here its impossible to get 100% grass-fed but there are a few companies that say they are mostly grass-fed. i have only switched to butter for the past week or so but one thing i notice is how much less butter i use in comparison to margarine. i guess like tam said, butter actually tastes like something so you use less of it.
