I can echo Shoot Twice's thoughts about what the older customers want in the models. They want personality and conversation and not too many tattoos and body ornaments. They want to see a pretty young (21 to 35-ish) woman modeling and teasing.
One observation about the younger (under 25) customers is that they have grown up on free downloaded music, software, games, videos, etc and just don't have the mindset to purchase anything. I can't prove this, but I have a very strong feeling about it. If someone has evidence that says otherwise, it would be encouraging.
Basically, I think our customer base is aging and not being replaced. I am hoping that once the younger generation gets established and has some disposable income, they will consider spending some money in our industry.
