You can get just about anything from a street cart. But it's the lack of sanitary practices that get ya. Washing things in dirty water, not washing their hands after they shit, rat poop, rotten food, old meat, and so on. You really gotta be careful eating from the streets. Good, cheap eats though. Just try to pay attention to what you're getting, how it's prepared, and how they are doing things.
